About Jeanna

Jeanna has over a decade of experience across many dimensions of early childhood, as a teacher, behavior specialist, and parent coach. She started her career in early childhood education as a PreK teacher in both Special Education and Inclusion settings in San Francisco. While teaching, she completed a Master’s in Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis. She then transitioned from teaching to working as a behavior technician in homes and school settings. Her work in early childhood also includes experience as an online instructor for the University of Cincinnati's Early Childhood Education program. After having children of her own, she merged her professional and personal passions and shifted her focus to working with and supporting parents.

She is passionate about providing personalized support to empower parents to be proactive in creating joyful and positive family environments. She believes small adjustments in parents’ everyday interactions with their children can cultivate family cultures of connection, respect, responsibility, and empathy.

Jeanna has a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Special Education from Vanderbilt University and a Master's in Education from Arizona State University. She currently lives in the San Diego area with her husband and three daughters, ages 5, 3 and 1.
